The place really isn't bad... There are rules people refuse to understand and they get mad. The staff is actually becoming nicer when approaching rule breakers, too!

WAY WAY OVER PRICED... Hard to find location, place was deserted and they charged $18 for 3 people to bowl 1 game... It was middle of sunday afternoon, not a single other person was there. A soda is $2.75

I am appalled at the service this company provided for our occasion. We held our daughter's 13th birthday party here almost a week ago. My husband and I went in early to set everything up before the party... That's when the problems began. We had spoken to the employees several different times, Making sure we could have certain things, asking if we could come in a little early to set up, etc. Well, we got there and started getting everything ready. Not realizing it, we had brought our drinks in and an employee snatches up my drink and tells me that he can dump it out or put it in the fridge. First off, it was a can and totally grossed me out that a stranger was holding it. Secondly... RUDE! All they had to do was ask us to take care of them. I totally understand not allowing outside drinks.



Anyway, I let that just slide off and continued to set up. Then my husband asked if we could go ahead and have the pizzas started so that it would all be ready by the time everyone got there. The told us no. It was so unbelievably rude! So my husband asked why and the guy told him "that's just how we do it. You have to bowl first, then you get to have your pizza".... So my husband asked for the manager. Come to find out, the manager (Mr. Mills) is the owner! He was even worse than the employee!!! He was the rudest person I've came across in a long time! My husband asked if there was any way we could go ahead and get them started because there were guests coming with infants and we had planned to do the pizza first so that they didn't have to stay the whole two hours. He still refused. When we asked why it was they never told us that this is how it worked, his exact words were..."You never asked!" then continued "We just assume everyone knows because it's been this way for 15 years." In such a snide rude way. I was LIVID! We paid a lot of money and couldn't even have our pizza until an hour later!!



I still cannot, for the life of me, understand why he would "assume" EVERYONE knows... I haven't lived here my whole life. No one in my family has. It's just my opinion, but I think they need to start telling people these things when people are reserving the location for their gatherings.



I would NEVER IN MY LIFE recommend this place to ANYONE! I wish I would have thought to record him during all of this. It was truly unbelievable!

IT ONLY TAKES A FEW SMOKERS IN THIS PLACE TO SMOKE IT UP. WE HAD TO GO EARLY BEFORE GLOW BOWL BECAUSE ITS LESS BUSY AND NOT TOO MANY SMOKERS YET. HAD TO LEAVE ON NEW YEARS EVE BECAUSE OF SMOKE AND A WEEK LATER I STILL HAVE SINUS INFECTION. DEFINETLY NOT GOOD FOR KIDS. I WONT BE GOING BACK. THATS A PARTY OF 9 THEY WONT SEE AGAIN!!!!

Lightning Bowl was a lot of fun. Their Glow Bowl is great: black lights, loud music, its awesome. Its not expensive; you get more for your money than anything else in town. My lane messed up a score once while I was bowling, but their staff hopped right on it and fixed it; they were very helpful.

High prices.Poor service.Lanes constantly breaking.Took us forever to finish a game because of shoddy equipment.Might want to go watch a movie or check out the go carts instead.:)
