Provided by YP.comThe service department is horrible, I had to take my vehicle back 4xs because they continued to do the job wrong. I was stranded twice on HWY 45, after leaving the service center. It took them 3.5 weeks to finally fix my vehicle, and they never billed the warranty correctly. If you service Chrysler LLC vehicles, then you should learn their warranties. I will never go back to Mitchell Automotive.
