Poor service 1435-1445 VFW Pkwy

My husband and I were at the WRoxbury store approximately 1:00pm today. One of the items we ordered was a Flat,ham/egg/cheese sandwich. When we arrived home we discovered that there was no ham in the sandwich. I called 3 times to talk to a supervisor. Each time I was told they were out. We paid for a ham/cheese/egg flat sandwich. We should get one. I have the slip. We did not have time today to return to the store. Whoever made the sandwich was not paying attention. When we entered the store, the workers were down the back laughing and talking. My husband had to call out "is anyone working here? "to get the attention of a worker. I would like a response to this complaint.
