Provided by YP.comNice location, clean, professional. Not sure what the guy down below was insinuating claiming racism because i am latino and my wife is black - we rented the hall without any problems.
Our event was for a wedding - not an underage party packed with kids, which I could see being a high risk concern for under age drinking.

Provided by YP.comHmmm.....That doesn't sound right. I am a former employee there and none of the policies are or have ever been posted online so I'm not sure where you read that. In fact, they don't even have their own website. In the decade I worked there I never saw a party for an 18 or 21 year old, no high school or college graduations either. Lots of other bdays, weddings, showers/baptisms, family stuff ect. That's a pretty common standard at functions halls.....any event with a large amount of underage folks increases the risk of underage drinking and the enormous liability that goes with it. It's simply not worth the trouble. It sounds to me like you didn't get the answer you wanted and were disapointed, even more so when you thought the fact that you were a police officer was going to change things and it didn't. I hope you were able to find somewhere that was able to accomodate your needs.

Provided by YPmobileDon't waste your time with this place, function manager Ken is rude and a racist. I asked to do my daughters 18th bday and he tells me that they don't do birthday parties for under 30. I asked why and he said it's in the policy. I asked where because I carefully read the policy online and it doesn't state that anywhere.
He then tells me that the money is made at the bar that's why they don't do parties under 30. I told him that's stereotypical because my brother in law and sister in law just had their baby shower there.
He then said we don't allow lots of kids in the hall. I told him most of the crowd will be adults plus my wife and I have a strict invite with no kids. He then said you know how you people are and say no kids and a bunch still show up.
This is when I lost it because what do you mean by us people because I'm Spanish this guy was straight rude and a racist. I then identified myself as a police officer and he then quickly changed his tune. It's sad that people like this still exist and are given positions to like function manager.
Stay away from this place and these people their a disgrace and I would never support and elks for this reason.
