the rating should be less than zero. they do nothing wrong, bs bs. i would not buy another car here. issues, poor service, they don't do anything wrong. all on you.
if they service your car you lose the hub caps, they cut rotors that should have been replaced, less then 30k miles on the vehicle. remote starter failed, called manufacturer and was under warranty, and i set up an appointment. installer was 30 minutes late for the job. installation was completed and the service rep, lacey, tells me that i owe $110 and that if i don't pay it the tech would remove it. on may 15, i called about the resist-all, because of stains on the driver's side seat and the carpets. was told by resist-all that i had to alert them within 30 days. when i purchased the car, the finance director, murdock macrae, told me that with this resist-all package, no matter when would be replaced by the dealership. i took his word as fact and attempted to have my seat replaced. left a message for g.m., tim vega, with no return call. can not recommend this dealership to anyone.
