Love this hidden gem across the tower bridge. It's clean, service is friendly and they actually have great food and an awesome happy hour!

NEVER book a party package at this place!! It is a total joke!



First of all their employees are completely incompetent and will tell you UP FRONT that you get 2 hours of bowling + pizza + party supplies for $11.95 per person. This seemed a fair and average price considering it is a dump and going through a disruptive remodel. HOWEVER, when you show up you ONLY get 1 hour! I discussed this with the manager and he repeatedly told me I was the one who misunderstood (couldn't possibly be their incompetent staff right????). I explained that all the patrons at this party live in West Sacramento and this type of bait and switch will not go unnoticed.



Also, the pizza served was absolutely disgusting. DON'T eat the food at this place!



For the party, I would have expected the employees to make my son feel special on his birthday and help with some of the extras like serving of cake (which we had to provide). No, they did nothing other than provide a few pitchers of water/soda.



Completely overpriced and NOT worth it. Don't get sucked in by this place even after the remodel is complete because their arrogance about their employees will not be going away anytime soon. Customer service is something they have NO clue about!

Fun place and very nice inside.
