Devine & Peters Intermodal is the merging result of two companies, Devine Intermodal of West Sacramento, Calif., and Ted Peters Trucking of Manteca, Calif., that were both founded during the 1920s. Devine Intermodal is a motor carrier focused on serving rail and ocean intermodal terminals throughout California and western Nevada. The company also provides truckload and logistics services to shippers and consignees in the western parts of the country. For the truckload shipper, the company offers a fleet of 48-foot and 53-foot dry and reefer units. While headquartered in West Sacramento the company still operates a location in Manteca as well as Los Angeles and Reno, Nev.
