Called me right before they're scheduled to come out to the site to say they have to put it off for another day cause they don't know how to install the waterproofing! I asked him how they didn't know how to install the product when they recommended it in the first place, and he tried to tell me it's because he couldn't get ahold of the technical guy for the company. What a load of crap! He's had three weeks between recommending the product to now and in three weeks he can't get ahold of anyone? And why would they even use a product they don't know how to install? I pointed this out and the guy said it wasn't his job to know every detail about everything, and that I'm good for nothing since I had to get contractors to do the work I couldn't do myself. Real nice. I'm looking for any other contractors to do this work who are actually competent and not rude when they make a mistake.
