If I could rate it with no stars, I would. We took our RV here to get a problem with the breaks repaired. They quoted us $1100, with no written quote. When the repairs were complete, we went to pick up the RV and they charged us $1700 for 4 extra hours of labor without even telling us that this was happening. We begrudgingly paid the bill and left. Only to have the RV break down 20 miles later and we were experiencing the same issues. They did come to pick up the RV - which was the one thing they did right. They later called to tell us that one of their techs noticed a part was missing and that could be the problem. They replaced the part but said that it might be something else. Fast forward 4 days later, without asking for our permission, they replaced another part on the RV and proceeded to tell us that we owed another $500. We have escalated to the owner, without a response and further threats to keep the RV until we pay the bill for charges we didn't agree to incur. Supremely dissatisfied. I can't believe that they would think that it's okay to go on a parts safari without doing any diagnostics and further charge us an additional 55%. Unbelievable.
