The staff is so friendly! I love that they are always up on the newest trends and that you never need an appointment! Such a great place.:) Tiffany is the best too!

I went here for about 5 years. Had a stylist I always went to and he is great (both skills & personality) but the manager there is a snot and the last couple times I went they really screwed up my hair and it cost me a fortune! I usually go on Saturdays but got out of work early one day about a year ago and went in to get a color, cut & foils. The color didn't lift right and so after having been there for 3 hours it was closing time so without even toning it they sent me out the door with green hair and a bottle of clarifying shampoo! I know the stylist felt terrible but it was closing time and the manager was giving him attitude. This cost me $175!! I came back to get it fixed and the manager was very nasty telling me it was MY fault because I didn't give them enough time for the process (really? I was never told this when we started it so how would I know-?) so they made me sign a paper that I acknowledged my hair was damaged (yes it now breaks off) and they "fixed it" doing an extra treatment to help the damage that they supposedly only charged me half price for(!) & this time my bill was $210!! At Bangs!! It's been almost a year since I was there and I haven't gone back! I loved the stylist but the manager was a miserable B with no customer service skills at all and the prices are ridiculous, especially considering my hair is still damaged (it breaks off and doesn't grow past the point where it breaks, even after cutting it short to correct the problem :(

I don't think I've ever been more disappointed in a hair salon before. I have gotten my hair cut here numerous times and yesterday was a joke. The hairstylist told me she couldn't cut my hair and that I would have to wait an extra 40 for someone else to do it. Usually I wouldn't mind but I was already there for 30minutes alone. She told me to then come back today. I showed up at 8 o'clock thinking I would get a chair instead they told me they were closed I'd have to come back. I dont understand no one was ahead of me and there one person getting their hair cut. I am very angered because I drove out there twice for nothing. I'm taking my business else where from now on along with my 3 sisters.
