We had an appointment to have a hitch installed on our car for noon. They told us it would take an hour and they would call when it was done. We hadn't heard by 3 so my husband called and was told they were "swamped" and had just started it. We waited for a call and at 6 decided to just go there. Our car was still parked in the spot we had left it in and no hitch had been installed. My husband went inside the store, got his keys back and told them he would take his business elsewhere. I would give them zero stars if I could. This is an unacceptable business practice! You just don't treat people like that!
