The service technician's attitude made him impossible to deal with - even if he had the knowledge to complete the task. He rearranged his schedule so even though the company told me when to expect him, it was wrong. He told me that he didn't really think I should get the discount promised by the company and he gave me false information about repairs.

Very good and professional. Our service person put booties on before he came into the house because it was raining quite heavily and he didn't want to make a mess.
Quick diagnose and he had the required part in his truck. Can't ask for more.

Prompt, courteous service. Our technician was informative and concise. I will surely use them again for future repairs.

Advantage Appliance Repair is a very good repair service. They provided an detailed estimate, they were on time, the repair was completed quickly and the actual charge was what they estimated. Technician "Amanda" was friendly and confident in her work.

The appliance involved was a refrigerator and needed trouble-shooting. Ct. & Ma. should use Advantage Appliance Repair. They were also recommended by the manufacturer, Jenn-Air.

I just wanted to let others know how professional this company was because I was nervous having a service person at my home. He was courteous, polite and very knowledgeable. He fixed my dryer with in 30 minutes and even wore shoe covers to protect my new rugs. Thank you for making me feel comfortable with the whole repair experience.
