While my salesman did a good job things fell apart when I had issues with the used car I purchased. I sent an email and got no reply. I then emailed my salesman again and got no reply. I left a voicemail for a sales manager and got no reply. I emailed a different sales manager and got no reply. Until I used the "email Mike Balise" feature on the company website I could not get anyone to respond to me. When I finally got a response it was handled poorly and they made me feel like they were doing me a favor to restore the car to a condition where the check engine light would go off and the car could pass emissions!! It was BY FAR my worst buying and dealership experience EVER.
