I went online searching for Rossignol skis. Several shops appeared. I opened this store and they had the ski I wanted at 50 percent off.

I ordered them and waited a few days for the shipping/tracking email.

I was contacted by Diane, an associate, and she let me know that the skis were at a different location and that there would be a delay.

Diane kept in contact with me through the process and the owner to a half day of his time to get the skis and get them shipped reducing the delay.

I was impressed with the personal and professional way my transaction was handled.

I would recommend this store to everyone.

Unfortunately, my Groupon for a tuneup expired and they would not honor it. Groupon said: "We do ask that merchants, except expired coupons for the price you paid in accordance with our terms of service, and we will be reaching out to this business to look into this issue." Anyway, I paid $50 & they took my bike and promised to have it in one week. 2 weeks went by and nothing, no phone calls. I called them, left message & asked for a return phone call. Nothing. I called again and someone finally answered. "Sorry man, our mechanic was on vacation. Hopefully he'll get to it today or tomorrow. We'll give you a call back." We shall see.

they got good brands but i cant see none of your bike picture. i want to see how the bike looks to go and buy it. but i cant because they dont have any picture.
