They talk to the customer and answer questions as if the customer is an Adult. NO OTHER business in the area does this. ALL of the other stores that I've been to give the impression that you are either mentally retarded, or an infant if you ask questions about computers and services. I will post again after I've experienced their service expertise and business ethics AFTER the sale.
