Last month, Physician’s Assistant, Charity, at the West Springfield Urgent Care treated me for an earache and last week treated me for infection from an embedded tick or spider bite. Charity’s expertise, caring, and professionalism inspires trust. I give her 5 stars across the board! First Class!

Amazing--I was feeling terrible and I walked in, was quickly assisted. The doctor was so friendly and sincere. She was not trying to rush me out of the office and wanted to ensure I had everything I needed prior to leaving, including a note for work. Thank you--I felt better before I even left.

I went here 2 years ago. They told me my insurance (Blue Cross Blueshield) covered it, so I assumed everything was fine and I get nothing in the mail from them or my insurance stating otherwise. Fast forward. They send me a bill a year and a half later. I ignored it thinking it's a mistake. They then send it to a collection agency who of course harass me about something I don't even owe. Not only that but they billed me twice for that visit. The collection agency then tacked on a fee I assume. I eventually just paid them hundreds of dollars to go away because it was ridiculous and I actually have great credit that I care about and pay everything I do owe early and in full. If this affects my credit I'm going to be even angrier. On top of all that, I would never go back there anyway. They were extremely rude and couldn't even spell my name and address correctly with the help of my license, more than once, and it's not even a difficult one, then acted like I was a jerk for correcting them. Now I'm sorry I bothered. The "nurse" was very difficult and had a quite unexpectedly nasty attitude for no reason at all and the doctor was condescending and rude with me as well then left before I could even ask questions because apparently there was someone else there that came in after me that needed to be seen by a doctor more than I did. I guess they were more important. He then gave the nurse different prescriptions to give to me that were not what he said he was prescribing. I then had to advise her that they were not what he said he was giving me and I was allergic to one, which I mentioned when we spoke earlier and was written on the intake form. She got an even nastier and it took 3 tries and a lot of unnecessary attitude and wasted time just to get the correct prescription. All this for a sinus infection. Never again. Avoid at all costs.

I visited yesterday with my 89 year old Mother who deals with UTIs regularly. The gal at the front desk with the dark hair is so lovely and kind.! She knew my Mom right away and assured me we would be in and out quickly. She was so compassionate and attentive.
The nurse we saw was fantastic, I wish I had gotten her name. Again, kind and so understanding that my Mom is adverse to getting her temp and blood pressure taken. Thank you for being so kind!
Dr Aleem, what can I say? She is just spectacular! Kind, compassionate, thorough, and timely. Such a lovely doctor to have in that office.....you are a lucky organization to have such a caring and knowledgeable doctor on your staff. Thank you Dr Aleem for your gentle kindness.
I would recommend this office without hesitation!

People complain a lot about the wait, but the reality is that if you could walk right in and be seen, the place would go out of business as many of them do. Yes, I waited two hours this morning as Mondays are exceptionally busy. I have pink eye and needed a prescription. The doctor is awesome as is the staff. I have been here a few times and have nothing but great care. The reality is that my doctor isn't going to see me on a moments notice and the wait in any emergency room is going to happen. And this place is FAR from dirty as one poster claims. It is very clean and pleasant. AND they offer you a fresh baked cookie at the front desk. It's a valuable place when you need an emergency visit.

All of the terrible reviews about this are right! I should not have come here! And neither should you! The wait was 2 hours in the lobby and then being shuffled between triage and the lobby again totaled 3 hours. Needed a simple X-ray and was told I would have to wait since the tech "ran across the street". Can't say much for the rest of the staff. Yes I can! Unpleasant and rude. There was nothing express about this place, so unless you have all morning to sit in a dirty lobby and be treated poorly you should come here. I won't be returning to this location or any doctors express ever ever again!!

Usually faster than expected. Extremely courteous and professional. The complete opposite of the crazy ER rooms

DONT GO HERE!!!!

If I could give no stars I would! This place is awful! There in it for the money and do not show any compassion for patients. Wait for your PCP or go to the ER! Doctors Express is not worth your time or money!!!!
