William (Bill) Perry was and always is extremely helpful. He goes above and beyond every time he's here and figures out exactly what we need each time. He's thorough and goes out of his way to help with extra things while he's here as well. It's a pleasure every time he comes in to help and we can be assured that the job is going to be done right each time. LOVE HIM!!!!!!!!!

Received a prompt diagnosis from Zach as to what was wrong with my laptops. He was helpful and explained everything in detail for me so I could make my decision as to how to proceed. Tanya was very nice and provided great customer service as well.

As always, when it comes to getting my computer(s) fixed and fixed RIGHT the only place I've grown to really appreciate and depend on is Northeast IT.
