I have been getting my taxes done here for years and always receive professional and quality service. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality tax planning and preparation service.

We have been going here for more than 11 years, my husband's choice. I finally got through to him this past year when I called to find out what was going on with our taxes. The owner usually did our taxes, for years, we would go in and sit down to talk to him about things in general as well as our taxes. Then I find out later he didn't even do them it was pawned off on someone else. As the years went on we noticed little things like this. This past year I called to find out about them and his wife directed me to someone that was doing our taxes. I spoke with him and he couldn't even tell me anything about them because he also pawned them off on someone else. We actually sat down with them to see what was going on and they couldn't tell us because none of them even looked at our taxes. The new guy apparently did them. While we were sitting there, he would tell us a huge amount of money that we supposedly owed to the IRS, then we asked him questions about certain write offs, and he said "Oh yes we could write that off" Shouldn't he be asking me those questions? We came up with all the write offs. I was soooo angry. After all this, his wife called us to let us know they were finished, I asked what do we owe? She replied I cannot give that information over the phone. Its a new law. OK I was fine with that. Now we have been there over 10 years mind you, every time we received our taxes electronically we would send a check to cover the cost. She repeated 2 time to me that they accept checks, visa or master card. Then she hung up the phone. Thats Loyalty! We have a small business, and obviously that is now what this company is looking for in customers.
