I recently went with a dinner party of 27, in the back dinning room. The waitress was very organized, and brought out our drinks & dishes as they became available. Very accommodating. Every dish looked delish! But, I ordered a seafood, pasta,and Alfredo sauce dish with spinach. All fresh tasting fish, pasta Al dente, but the Alfredo sauce broke and looked like curdled milk. It tasted ok but that rich creamy smooth texture wasn’t there. The waitress was so focused on getting things out, that she never saw me try to wave for her. And, never came around to ask how everyone’s dish was. I couldn’t get her attention, so I ate it as it was.
Another time, my husband and I went for dinner and the waitress was not available because she was working a large group in another room.
Next time we go to dinner, I will be sure to remind the wait staff to come right back and check on us within a couple minutes.
