Horrible food took my second bite into the burger felt the hair come out look under the Patty and there is a wad of hair

Was sworn at because I said always out if fruit punch..male said really then why do you come f--king late..by a male employee and said really ok ..forget it and couldn't believe ears..as I was driving away I see female female employee jumping and waving like a child or circus monkey...as I drove away...the only plus is I called manager and I think she said her name was Nicole..she said sorry and was not right and she apologized..sais she was going to talk to them ..and I also told her I was going to write to head quarters and she offered the address to me..which to me is a good manager employee to offer service of address and she sounded nervous but she was nice..manager that is..th Nicole
