This is by far the best shop I have been to. Not only does Ernie take the time to explain things he goes the extra mile to make sure you have piece of mind. He wants to build relationships with his customers not just take your money. He runs his business with honesty. If you want to know your putting your money and trust into a place worth while check this shop out.

Ernie at Back to Basics is the kindest man. He took the time to help me understand what needed to be fixed on my car and why. He charged me less than what I was quoted from other shops. He cares about me as a person and understands what living within my budget means. He did all he could to keep the cost low and still get my car fixed and running safely.

I recall being ill two years ago, and the medical bills were mounting. When I needed a new clutch, Ernie gave me an honest and reasonable price. He is a compassionate man, that is not only exceptional with car repair, but he understands the human spirit, I trust this mechanis with my life, and know that he will never over price. Thanks Ernie!
