They really need better staff anytime you try to make a phone order they screw it up and then you wind up waiting 20 minutes. When you asked for a manager you can't get one.

Crunchy rice, crunchy black beans, crappy service. The worst experience at a Cafe Rio ever!

We ordered online at cafe rio valley fair on June 27 th 2015, the worst food ever"..."....... Rise was not done and was hard. The fish in the fish tacos was over done, they got the order wrong and on and on. The only thing they did right was to have it ready on time. Horable exsperance.

Awful service, they are slow and unorganized. I ordered my for and watched as several people behind me got their orders first because they are not organized. The staff are more interested in talking to each other. They dropped my food and I had to wait even longer without so much as an apology. Then they charged me for a larger drink that I didn't ask for, a drink came with the special but they gave me the large drink and charged me for it. Never going back.

Horrible service I call to place my order come in and pay wait 20 mins and then be told they threw out my food. Worst service ever!
