BEWARE! This dealership can not service what they sell. My Fiat has been in the service department three times for issues opening rear hatch. It has been in their shop for three weeks this time and they guessing at a diagnosis. They tell me that my case is a rare instance and yet the part that they are guessing they need is on national back-order. So which is it, isolated incident or chronic issue? One service advisor told me that they had never had an issue with the rear hatch another one told me that it had been an issue but only with the convertible. But one of the mechanics said that they had seen at least one other issue like mine.Are they purposely misleading me or do they not communicate with each other?The amount of employee turnover also makes me wonder about this dealership.
