I just talked to Stacy at this firm. She could not have been nicer. I owed the debt, it was an incident with Wendover ambulance that they would not provide me information i needed to have my travel insurance pay the bill and i stubbornly refused to pay. Not their fault it was turned over to them. Again Stacey was wonderful.

I understand how collections works and know there is a need for them, I always treat representatives with respect, but what has happened to me with this company is just unacceptable. In 2014 I was made aware of a bill that I didn't pay a bill that I wasn't aware of because I moved. I promptly pay the bill with the understanding that this would not affect my credit. Fast forward two years later apply for a credit card and find out that it is showing up as uncollected and ruining my credit. Called express recovery to find out that it is showing as paid on their end. All I need is a simple payment confirmation email so I can fix their mistake. This simple task I'm told takes 2 days... 3 days later nothing. I call again and even though they have the right email they said they can't send. All the while I am without a credit card and having my credit score ruined, that I'm going to have to jump through a bunch of hoops just to hopefully fix, over a $67 trash bill that I paid for.

you call and make arrangements to pay these people you stick by them on a monthly basis and they still sue you they are crooks out to rip anybody and everybody off..... watch out for them once i show the judge i have been paying monthly he will throw my case out maybe that will teach them a lesson but i doubt it.....
