I had made an inquiry on a Ram 1500 Truck that had been listed on TrueCar.com. The Trucar.com price was great but then when contacting Rey the sales manager the price suddenly increased by over 1,200 dollars. The explained that they had added a lift kit and new tires but these items were on the Truck before the listing.

BEWARE! This dealership can not service what they sell. My Fiat has been in the service department three times for issues opening rear hatch. It has been in their shop for three weeks this time and they guessing at a diagnosis. They tell me that my case is a rare instance and yet the part that they are guessing they need is on national back-order. So which is it, isolated incident or chronic issue? One service advisor told me that they had never had an issue with the rear hatch another one told me that it had been an issue but only with the convertible. But one of the mechanics said that they had seen at least one other issue like mine.Are they purposely misleading me or do they not communicate with each other?The amount of employee turnover also makes me wonder about this dealership. We went to the West Valley car dealership thinking about trading in our Chrylser 300 and not knowing what car we wanted to buy. Jake and Sergio G were very knowledgable about all of the cars we wanted to test drive. We ended up buying our second Chrysler 300 and couldn't be happier about our choice. The experience we had purchasing this car was by far the best experience we have had. We have bought many cars at Ken Garff and other dealers but Sergio G and Jake were outstanding. We will keep coming back to Ken Garff for our cars because of the excellent customer service we received. Justin also went out of his way making the car buying experience easy.

I bought a 200 Chylser on Saturday and it was the best experince that I had. I would like to thank Serigo,Jake and Justin K for making it so easy . I really think that they are the best . Again thanks guys.
