Provided by YP.comWe just came home from Myung Ga. According to other website's review as the best Korean restaurant in the valley. Really? It was awful. Seafood pot I ordered, 2 shrimp with shells on and 2 clams. and they call, "seafood pot" No comment on Bi Bim ba. My husband loves Korean BBQ I make so I wanted him to taste what pro can offer and nothing but totally disappointment. End of all, my cold ice water tipped over me and 3 wait persons, all they did was ignore and stood at the counter chatting to make sure they don't bother helping me. WE WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK. I personally recommend "It's Tofu" 200 % better quality of food and services.

Provided by YP.comConsistently good food that is very authentic. If you want real Korean food this is the place to go. While the restaurant is a bit smaller/older than what many Americans are used to (such as major chains like Olive Garden) if you can get over the building, then the food is wonderful. For the person that was angry about the takeout boxes, just know that in the Korean culture people never use take home boxes. So if you are asking for 5 boxes they might think you're a bit strange. Also we eat here at least a few times a month, and have never had horrible or rude service. Once we had what I would call slow service, but it was only because they were completely packed and only had 1 waitress. You do have to keep on them to get your water refilled, I tend to drink a lot of water here because the food is spicy!

Provided by YP.comMyung Ga restaurant is located in West Valley City. There's decent parking outside at the time we visited on a weeknight. There were several signs posted on the door and window which clearly indicates the price specials. As we walked in we were greeted by a nice hostess and she politely sat us to our table. The place looks good. It reminds me of the restaurants in Korean TV drama series. Immediately we couldnt help but notice the the aroma that spreaded across the room. The party behind us appeared to have ordered a Korean dish called "bull gho gi". These are strips of marinated beef then grilled on an iron plate topped with onions. We decide to order this on the menu and it was nothing but spectacular. The one thing I really like about Korean restaurants is that they serve you lots of side dishes. Myung Ga restaurant serves you kimchee, seaweed, beansprouts, sweet potatoes as part of their side dishes. All their entrees also come with rice and soup. Our overall experience was good. The food was tasty, price was reasonable, and atmosphere was also nice. This is the perfect place to go after watching a marathon of your favorite Korean drama. But unlike most of the shows, this one comes with a happy love story.
