Doctor Tom Broadbent has been a fabulous artist of my smile! Crooked teeth no more.
He crafted 10 veneers and crowns on my upper teeth. I could not be happier with the result and the process of achieving it!

I had a bad tooth ache and I have been going here for years. My dentist wasn't here so I saw someone else. I know walk ins are welcome and they are busy but the fixed my tooth and didn't wait until I was numb or comfortable and also in the mean time treated me like garbage and I didn't feel important at all. From now on I will only see my dentist. Thanks but no thanks.

I highly recommend Dr. Thomas K. Broadbent, along with his associates and staff at Pioneer Valley Dental. They are very competent and caring dentists and stay cutting edge in their field. Recently I benefited from new computer technology where Dr. Tom was able to adjust my bite with such exactness that my jaw muscles have since noticeably relaxed, decreasing overall strain and stress. I personally recommend Dr. Broadbent, Dr. World, Dr. Maki, and Dr. Austen Broadbent, as my family and I have had many positive experiences with them over several decades. They take pride in providing excellent care, both in maintaining the health and improving the look of our teeth. Their staff are genuinely very friendly and caring as well. Our family actually looks forward to dental visits because we receive extra special treatment, including asking periodically how we're doing during procedures, gift card rewards, treasure box prizes, and a themed playroom that has evolved over the years, delighting our children and now our grandchildren. Been going there for many years to Dr. Curtis Smith. There is no one better. Years ago my daughter told me about the wonderful people there so I changed dentists. What an amazing staff who are so friendly, kind and remember you and things that have happened in your life. Would recommend them to anyone, none better.

The first time that I ever visited Pioneer Valley Dental was when I had an emergency tooth ache. I was referred over by a friend and the receptionist got me in to see Dr. A. Broadbent within 2 hours. The staff was all very kind and understanding and Dr. Broadbent got me all fixed up. Since that day I have gone back many times for other dental issues and this has become my regular dental office, and I will not go anywhere else. I feel like when I visit the office, everyone knows me and really cares about me. I don't feel like "just another patient" when I go there. Plus they have been amazing with letting me make payment arrangements and rescheduling appointments. I recommend Pioneer Valley Dental to everyone that I come across!

We love PVD and have had a wonderful experience with the dentists and staff. Dr. Curtis is an excellent dentist and also very personable. We recommend this practice to all of our friends.

Best dentist team ever! Everyone is so nice. I have seen some shady dentists that only want your money. This is not that kind of dentist. My husband has been going there since he was a kid and recommend that I see them too. They are out of network but I don't care, I'll never go anywhere else. They truly care about the life of your teeth. I highly recommend them. (I saw Dr. Broadbent Sr.)

I love, love, love the folks at PVD. I have SERIOUS anxiety when it comes to the dentist (traumatic experience when I was younger I guess) so much so that I hadn't been to the dentist in over 9 years when I finally made my appt. I had been recommended by 2 people in as many years to Pioneer Valley Dental. Dr. Austen was super awesome in our first appt. He went over all my options pretty thoroughly, answered my questions, and definitely eased my nerves. He had me bring my headphones for the next appt which were a MUST HAVE. No seriously. If you can't hear the drills and crazy noises going on in your mouth, it's much easier to pretend it isn't happening. Jared (dental assistant) and the anesthesiologist (I'm sorry, her name escapes me at the moment) were AWESOME. The shots hardly hurt at all and she kept me calm and distracted the whole time. Jared was super helpful and even put chapstick on my lips when I couldn't! The girl who checked me out and scheduled my next appointments was super friendly. And I was very impressed that all these employees remembered me when I came back 3 weeks later. The loyalty program is pretty cool (you get a gift card just for keeping your 6 month appointment) and I love the email reminders and that you can confirm your appointment online. I highly recommend these guys, they definitely make you feel like family!

I recently had to find a new dentist after my long time dentist had retired in 2011. After dragging my feet, my wife scheduled an appointment with Dr. World at Pioneer Valley Dental. My experience was great from the minute I walked in the door. Very professional, kind and courteous from the reception to the assistants, hygienist and Dr. World. I have never experienced such great care. Dr. World, his team and the office are outstanding!

I have been a patient of Dr. Broadbent's for over twenty years, he is very professional, and a perfectionist. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to improve their looks, including the ones thinking about doing a face lift, first start with their smile.

Not only does my new smile give me a more youthful look, but the pain and discomfort caused by my uneven bite, are now resolved. My jaw is not as tense and as stiff as it used to be, giving my face a more relaxed and calm appearance.

It had been nearly six years since my last dental visit when I had my very first appointment at Pioneer Valley Dental. I have had several bad experiences in the past at other dental offices that have made me avoid dental treatment I knew I needed. I was very impressed with the kindness and quality care that the doctors and staff showed me at Pioneer Valley Dental. I felt so comfortable with Dr. Austen Broadbent I not only got in for the treatment I had been avoiding but had a wonderful experience! Just moved here from CA. I am 63. Left my dentist of 20+ plus years. Missed him terribly. My brother found Pioneer Valley Dental and what a surprise! Dr. Austen was absolutely awesome! Dr. A created a "new" smile for me that my previous dentist was afraid to attempt. The dental work is outstanding. As a result, after 20 years I have a new smile and am learning to smile again. He is compassionate, kind and totally professional. Love you Dr. A.

I have always been very scared of getting any dental work done, but the caring an gentle staff at pioneer valley dental makes you feel very comfortable and at ease during your whole off visit.

I am very impressed with the kindness Pioneer Valley Dental shows their patients. They go above and beyond the call of duty. My mom was hurt in an accident that happend at home, and when they heard of this they sent her flowers. Caring not only for my families teeth but also caring for us outside the dental office. It is always very pleasant and I can call them family. My children are always excited to go to the dentist. It is a fun place for them!

When I walked into this dental office every single member of this staff made me feel like I was at home, very friendly staff and the the best of all is that my smile got better. This is a one stop office!! Surgery including dental implants can be done,as well as orthodontics with invisalign..I was so relieved I didn't have to be referred for my root canal as I thought that was the protocal, Dr Broadbent took care of me - saving me loads of $!! The doctors at this office really have my best interest, as well as the awesome staff.I love that when I leave I know exactly what to pay and what my insurance will do for me, their gals at the desk are super helpful and not intimidating like the other places I have been.I look forward to keeping all my teeth!!
