TyAut Designs is a custom manufacturing company specializing in foam grip covers, foam molding, bumpers, urethane molding, steel bending, micro steel bending, and other custom work. TyAut Designs has become well known in the amusement industry, for re-furbishing lapbars and over-the-shoulder ride restraints. We take worn out lap bars, strip them of their existing padding, test and powder coat the metal, and mold new foam to fit. While we have worked with such rides as the Spin Out, Freak Out, Avalanche, Arrow Roller Coasters, and more, no project is too big or small for us.
