I had a lot of work to do and the Dr. and staff were very nice and the work done in my mouth looks great.

I will never go back. Dr seemed put out after staff drip some numbing fluid down my throat. Staff seemed not to care of concerned about your well being. Questions their billing practices.BE WARNED!

This is the worst dentist I have ever been to! They overcharged and also charged for things that were not even done then hassle you about them not doing it instead of removing the charges for the things that were never done and there are no notes for! They also claim not to offer product that they do just to have you pay the extra that the insurance company does not cover! And they take hours after your appointment to call you back to have your work done by another dentist other than your own that you set the appointment up with!The customer service is Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! Worst experience EVER!!

Both doctors at the office are great!######However we will not go back there ever again because their billing is terrible. Their policy is to charge for all the services up front, before they send any claims to the insurance. Both times we went there we were overcharged. The first time it took multiple calls and several months to get our full refund back and we are still trying to get our refund from the second time we were there and it+s been several months. ######Their billing person does not call back as promised and does not accept responsibility for any mistakes. And not even once did she apologize for this whole mess.
