Having just moved in to a house where my father in-law has had an account with hope oil we discovered on the first night of below freezing temps that the burner fan in our (very old) oil furnace quit after about an hour. Not having an account with an oil co., i called hope because they had supplied oil to this address in the past, not only was it a Sun. but it was Sunday night. A most cordial and professional service tech left the wake for a family member and was here in about an hour. Within 35-40 mins we were up and running. Thanks Hope, your staff and service have convinced me to stay with a company that practices the good old fashioned values and service that i grew up with.
