They don't honor any warrenty and also when you get your car fixed they will not give receipts. They do not follow their buyers contract also and when I asked for paperwork for my vehicle I was told to leave. The paperwork that we have received has never been notarized and they lied on our registration form

I recently leased a car here. My husband and I had visited several different pay here, buy here places but the overall experience (and the recommendations from two of my co-workers who happened to have leased from here as well) made the choice very easy for us. We worked with Todd to figure out what would be best for us. We choose a very cute Jetta. They were very polite, friendly, and mindful of our budget. We also appreciated the nice selection of cars. Todd was also very good with our 18 month old son, I was comfortable there even though he was all over the place Todd didn't mind that he was touching everything. It was nice not to have felt uptight or uncomfortable that he was playing with all the keys... but Todd was very understanding with my son and that was greatly appreciated also! I was very very happy we leased from here and still feel the same way! I would give them an A++ Great place to buy cars or lease, and great people to work with! I would look for Todd or Ryan when visiting. Thank you Universal Auto Sales for a great experience during a stressful and even sometimes confusing car buying process.
