I bought a coat at this store yesterday. The zipper was broken but

an employee or owner there named Cleo said she would fix it and I could come back for it tomorrow between 12&3pm. So I paid for it and returned to the store

today at 1:00 to find the store closed.

She knew I was coming

from a half hour away. I had their business card so I called her and she sent someone to open the store.



My instincts told me this situation didn't look good so I had asked Cleo twice on the phone if the zipper had actually been repaired. I was told, "Oh yes."

Of course it was not fixed at all.

I don't like being lied to. I don't like being taken advantage of. I don't like being stolen from and I don't like my time wasted. I basically won't put up with that kind if disrespect so I'm

posting this review so others don't have to deal with what I have.
