Right at Home, a private-duty, in-home care and assistance agency, provides home-based services throughout Eastern Worcester County and surrounding areas. We offer a customized, client-focused approach to our in-home care and work closely with families to plan for the most difficult situations. We believe every senior should have the choice to age in place – wherever they wish to call home. Our services are managed by a nurse and include specialized Alzheimer’s and dementia care. They are customizable and based upon the specific needs of each client and client’s family. We provide supportive services 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year and understand that circumstances change. As such, we remain flexible in meeting our clients’ individual and varying needs. Our Care Management team carefully matches our Direct Care Professionals with your loved one based upon their skills and personalities. Right At Home is IMAGE Certified by the Department of Homeland Security and enforces the highest standards with regard to employee background checks and compliance. Our Care Team is experienced and continuously trained and supervised in the field. Prior to matching employees with clients, we run extensive background checks on them. Additionally, we are responsible for their payroll taxes; worker compensation insurance; and for managing the quality of their work, including ensuring they service all of our clients as scheduled.
