After initially sending proofs to the company everything seemed like it was going well but after we didnt hear anything after weeks we started emailing/calling to check on our project. We were repeatedly unable to contact anybody regarding the project and had no communications for weeks at a time. Although we finally did receive our forms and the quality was great the lack of communications from the company during the process was frustrating and diminished the customer relationship. We will most likely seek alternative vendors for future projects like this.
