Provided by YP.comWe had a furnace emergency a few weeks ago so we reached out to Moroni. In the past they have been great. After 2 days of waiting around, being assured they were coming and no shows someone finally arrived. He did some good work and fixed our issue. He left no paperwork so we thought we would get an itemized bill. Instead they went ahead and changed the card of file. Almost weeks later, after multiple calls, we still haven't paperwork. We have provided our phone number, home address and email. They seem to be able to read our credit card number but not our contact information. We know they were recently bought out so we were giving them some slack. No more. We will be disputing the charge and writing reviews wherever we can.

Provided by YP.comMoroni and son installed my boiler, oil tank, and water heater this year. Their service was prompt and professional. They took the time to explain their work and have since responded quickly to service calls. Their prices were the best and they treat me with respect.

Provided by YP.comI've never dealt with a company who lacks customer service more then Maroni. I've been hung up on more then once, I've been yelled at on several occasions, and can never seem to get straight answers one when deliveries will come. One more then one occasion I had a delivery set, and the driver claimed that the driveway was blocked with snow (completely false) or he stated that I didn't leave a check in the door (again false). When I tried to call and have the driver come back...I got the run around for several days, with no answers, and no delivery just because the driver was too lazy to get out of his truck and walk to my front door. Oh and by the way it was the middle of February and 20 degrees outside. I understand they are busy, and getting a lot of calls...BUT THAT'S YOUR JOB!! TERRIBLE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

The state told me to call Moroni and son the lady that I was talking never gave a chance to talk was really rude telling that I need to have patience and that they had to wait when I try explaining to her that the state was the one that told me to call them she keep saying she was not giving me any information I asked to speak to her boss and she hung up on me I called again and a guy picked up the phone again did not give me the chance to talk I try telling him that the state told me to call for them told me to be patient that they will get oil and agin was hung up on not the way to talk to your customer I have been a customer with the. Now for couple of yrs now I know I will NOT be sending ppl there way and I will sure NOT USED THEM ANYMORE

Provided by YP.comThis past season Moroni & Son Oil Co. allowed us to run out of oil on the coldest night of the year even though we pre-paid for our oil and had over 700 gallons on our account. Two months later they allowed us to come within a day or less of running out of oil a second time. We found out that we were not alone in our problems with this oil company after hearing from many other Moroni customers that had the exact same issues with them. For obvious reasons we decided not to continue to do business with them and when our "Buy Ahead Program" ended on May 30th 2014 we contacted them in writing as well as via e-mail stating that we were terminating our business relationship with them and that we were formally requesting a refund of the unused oil on our account per the terms of their "Buy Ahead" contract. The contract states that "Customers will be reimbursed within 30 days of the end of the contract" which had come and gone. We even e-mailed a reminder to them which they ignored. We had to file a complaint with the BBB to finally have our money returned to us. It is bad enough that this oil company ran us out of oil and risked freezing our pipes and damaging our furnace not to mention making our family very cold and uncomfortable but then hold onto our money for the unused oil that we paid for until we filed a formal complaint against their company. It's a shame that a business can operate in such a dishonest manner. If you do business with this oil co. you will have issues!
