Our church purchased a 'slightly' used Xerox M20i from here, mainly because we had bought the Risograph machine that we were replacing from the company when it was ABDick. We expected the same level of customer service ABD had always provided us. I guess that was a mistake. When they are trying to sell you a machine they are sweet as pie and very helpful. But once you've taken delivery of your new unit, don't expect to see or hear from your salesman again. What made me angriest is that they delivered the copier to us with bone-dry toner and drum cartridges. My mistake was assuming (and we all know what that mean) that, even though it was a used machine and they supposedly gave us a "good deal" on it, it would be gassed up and ready to go. I guess because we didn't buy a new machine we are "second class" customers who don't deserve the same courtesies as those who purchase new units. Even a car salesman wouldn't expect you to drive your new automobile off the lot with absolutely no fuel or fluids in it. If you do decide to shop here, stay far far away from Scott. He's either very unhappy in his line of work or just an apathetic, inconsiderate individual.
