They have terrible service. I was OVERCHARGED, I called 30 minutes in advance but driver was still late, and when I called to the office, dispatcher was so rude, finally he hung up on me. I will never use that service any more. P.s. Driver was very pleasant though

As the first reviewer said it also happened to me I called to ask a question about how much it costs to go from Westbury to Baldwin and his attitude was disgusting as if I was interrupting what he was doing and I even heard him say something as he hung up the phone. I decided to go with a different taxi company, after his attitude I wouldn't call that company ever again.

I called this taxi provider about a few days ago. However, the person who received the phone was very rude. Here is the conversation I had from what I remember:



Me: Hi I'd like to know your rates



Receiver: (with gruntled voice) from where to where?



Me: Umm.. from Hofstra University Library to the LIRR



Receiver: (even more irritated voice) excuse me but I can't hear you. You have very bad signal



Me: (with bad signal) Excuse me, sorry can you repeat that?



Receiver: (very angry voice) Oh My God!!!



So I hung up on him. Not getting a taxi if even the receiver is rude
