My Camry got hit in the side/rear and needed repair. I never needed body work before and I was not looking forward to the headache. My ins company recommended a place which I was open to, but a friend said he had a great experience at Castle. I went to Castle to discuss repair, my ins co., etc. They said, they would deal directly with my ins co. (which they did), the repair would only take a few days and then someone from the shop drove me 10 miles home. To my surprise the car was ready in four days and it came out perfect (with a multi-year warranty). I was completely satisfied...what more can I say.
