Worst taxi in Westbury. Dispatchers are rude and they change prices on a daily basis. Called for a cab yesterday to go to work, the price was $15.00. Called this morning now the price is $22.00? I asked why the sudden hike. The dispatcher said "because of the roads". Famous lines "we don't do that". Well what you don't do is provide good customer service. Stay far away and report them to the BBB.

although this company is the most popular taxi service in Westbury the dispatchers are extremely rude and disrespectful. They do not know how to talk to people and they like to hang up the phone before you can finish speaking. Most of the drivers are ok but i will not be using this company anymore due to the fact that i do not like the rudness and disrespect and i spend $100 a week with them
