Horrible. I was with my 2 year old and 4 year old and bought them 5 balloons for Valentine's Day. It was windy and the balloons weren't tied on tightly. 3 of the balloons blew away. I went in and asked if they could be replaced. I was told that it was my fault they blew away. She said she could put the balloons in a plastic bag. I asked why I wasn't asked about this the first time. She said I should have asked. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. I said this was for my children. She didn't care. Awful place.
