I had a great experience with Stephanie Santoro from Mid-Island - she was always available to answer my questions and helped me get a great deal with an extended rate lock, with no charge to me. So happy with my experience.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MID ISLAND. David and his team worked tirelessly on making what seemed impossible possible. I had a difficult personal /legal situation that he had incredible patience for and treated my situation like it was his situation. A big corporation treating clients like a warm small town business is practically unheard of, except for Mid Island Mortgage.

There's not enough words (or space) to say how over the moon happy I am that I went to Mid Island Mortgage.
