This agency is very rude! They harrassed me for over a year for a bill that I settled with Sprint. They continued to call my place of employment even after I told them not to several times. You never speak with the same person when you call, and they are just plain NASTY!

called today to speak with someone who could solve a problem,am receiving mail of someone who owes money to them. I never heard of the person. Spoke to extremely rude asian woman,called back since she would not connect me to a supervisor,spoke to another person Mr. Williams. he told me that the person had been at my address since 1985. wanted to know where they get there info from. They hung up on me. Hope they never find the guy who owes them the money.
