Provided by YP.comFirst, I waited three months for New York Home Health Care to send me some equipment (simple replacement masks for my CPAP machine). They kept saying it was out stock. How can they be out of stock of replacement masks for three months? When they finally sent me the replacement masks, they were the wrong size. Now I've spent several weeks trying to contact them, but no one ever answers the phone. I've left detailed messages on their answering maching, but they never call me back. I don't know how these guys stay in business.

Provided by YP.comHorrible customer service. I was yelled at by one of the representatives when I complained about a miscommunication we had the day before. He refused to transfer me to his manager and refused to give me her name and phone number. When the manager finally answered I was treated rudely by her as well.
I never complain about services and am a very patient person, so the one time I have a legitimate complaint I don't appreciate being treated like a nuisance. I'm a paying customer and so are you. . .GO ELSEWHERE!!
