I made an appointment with Maximus Salon after receiving a flyer about bridal hair and make up. I called and made an appointment 4 weeks in advance to have a haircut and speak with someone about services for myself and my bridal party. I called 9 days in advance to verify my appointment time, only to be told I was not in the system. The man I spoke with asked me 3 times if I was sure I called this location. I told him I was positive, and that I was not aware of any alternative locations. He did offer to try alternate spellings of my name to no avail. I was slightly frustrated when he attempted to make an appointment for me at an alternate time with someone other than the person I was interested in. I said, no thank-you and befopre I could utter another word he had hung up on me.
