Communication is a serious concern, but more troubling is this agency's eagerness to put a happy face on terrible situations. Their ideal client seems to be someone who has no genuine concern for a loved one's care but just wants to 'buy' false reassurance that all is well.

Get another agency that is willing to communicate with family members. They

deliberately ignore you, won't return calls, seem they know your family member

better than you and are very rude.
