New Westcliffe, CO store is in decline. The manager should post a sign on the front door "White People Welcome" This is the second time in 3 months I have encountered rude staff (usually young girls who are homegrown racists). This time its the dumb little blonde.They have no clue how to relate to anyone who is not white. I've lived in the county for 17 years and have rarely encountered such a display of social negativity and ignorance. Last time the mgr didn't even bother to reply to my complaint. It appears he's going out of his way to find the most inbred racists. So now, on to the internet to spread the word.
