I went to this dermatologist because Im allergic to most acne medications and needed a new alternative. At first she gave me medications that I assumed would work decent and they did not wor at all. However after I went through two I found one that worked. Although I got a good outcome, whenever I called no one ever picked up the phone. No one ever called back even if it was an emergency. My face wash was back ordered so I called to get a new perscription sent. They sent a perscription that I was alergic to and when I called did not call me back to work things out and did not send a new perscription into the pharmacy. It's safe to say I am not going back here and would not recommend them what so ever.

Don't do it. I 100% regret going to this place. I have been misinformed, uninformed and more importantly, did not get my moneys worth because my problem still persists. Scheduled appointments? You might as well arrive late and still wait. Expecting information? You have to be the one to take charge and ask the questions in order to get anywhere. Overall I would be less angry about where my money went if I had been properly informed that this particular procedure would require a lot more than I had known. It's also a joke because they tell you to get something done only to never reveal the results even after you have called to request them. There aren't too many things that I can specifically regret since I try to live without them but this is definitely at the top of the short list. It is appalling, a disservice to the public and an insult to those with no medical background. I was naive and because of that my meager paycheck and I were taken advantage of. On the one brightside, I have learned my lesson.
