Beachcomber Real Estate agency is one of the oldest independently owned and operated Real Estate offices in Rhode Island. My father, John A. Vacca, founded the business in 1947 and worked as a Broker until the summer of 2004. We have been selling and renting Real Estate in Misquamicut for over 60 years. We know our customers and we know Misquamicut. We pride ourselves with keeping current with the ever changing Real Estate laws and sharing that knowledge with our clients.

I'd love to see a beachcomber affiliate spend some time in the rentals they offer. Some on site investment would realy benefit the shit hole company. Dont think your stepping into something anyone from bitchcomber actually would back up as a truthful establishment... your money will be taken. Which is fine!!! Just know the pics, the the people, the ass rape, all A JOKE! I lost a nights sleep just thinking how these people go through a day feeling good about themselves. #Remax

Have rented from Beachcomber several times and enjoyed each rental, great locations and neat and clean. Owner and staff have been great; would recommend this agency, ethical and friendly service.

We rented a beach house from this company. We paid a very decent amount of money for a home that was VERY dirty. There were bugs and spiders crawling in silverware cabinet. Grill did not work. Spiderwebs in all corners. I can go on. When we approached the management, she got extremely defensive and very unprofessional. If you represent a home, and accept thousands of dollars for it, do your job and ensure it is clean. Never again :(

Misleading

We rented 44 Benson Ave Westerly,RI from this agency as it was advertised as three bedrooms. Upon arrival we realized there were only two bedrooms. There was a bed on the porch...they considered that a bedroom. Beware of what this company advertises before you give them any business and review the Westerly assessor page to get an accurate description of the property.
