OMG,It was terrible,i was three years ,back and forth,due to the hearing aids not being strong enough?And then,i went to take the right one out ,and it was in two pieces!Instead of giving me a replacement,he hust glued it back together, after i was accused of breaking it on purpose! I couldnt believe it?Why would i want to be without my aid,not being able to
Hear.I couldn't help but fet upset,so then i ask for my paperwork, and audiogram,so i could go someplace else,and i recieved a nasty letter from Bob,Calling me names,and ,saying i was just trying to beat him out of a new aid?But of course,thats just crazy,because my ins. Is neighborhood
Health,and they're the ones he was scamming!?This man has no respect for the elderly,and hearing impaired?The whole situation made me physically sick!
