We were called by a man saying we had won 4 free plane tickets and only needed to attend a seminar to claim them. We were told all we needed to bring was ID’s, confirmation letter and a credit card to confirm identity. My wife’s ID had her old address on it because we are recently married and she hadn’t changed it yet. They told us we couldn’t attend because we didn’t have proof of residency for her. What a crock, AVOID,A VOID, AVOID!!!

We attended a seminar for Northeast Vacation Resorts, in Westerly - "RIC" we were promised 2 night stay at Foxwoods, plus $100 visa card. Upon attempting to receive the gift, we were told we needed to pay a $198 deposit...refundable in the future. We were never told about this. We asked to simply receive our $100. and were told no, we would have to pay the deposit even for just the card. This info was on the back of the sheet we signed, we were never told.
